The Full Story
The goal for SupportHer is to evolve into an annual educational and empowering
platform that hosts curated workshops for women of various levels of business and
entrepreneurship, as well as conferences and classes to help women grow and
exceed in many different areas that we offer. During workshops, we will provide
education on:

Not only will SupportHer educate adult women working to establish their careers, but
we will be a bridge organization from High school to college so that high school
participants can receive peer mentorship from more experienced college and
university students.
Keanna Jones, Founder & CEO
With a passion for education and a dedication to advancing the lives of others, Keanna Michelle Jones is an active entrepreneur, philanthropist, entry-level Public Relations Specialist at VividRich HQ, and production manager.

Keanna was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as the youngest of two daughters. She was raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia where she attended South Cobb High School. She went on to continue her education at Georgia Highlands to receive an Associate of Science degree in Human Services. During her time at Georgia Highlands, Keanna joined numerous organizations with a focus on bettering the community she lived in. She received several accolades, including being named President of a well-respected women’s organization on campus, Woman to Woman.

Keanna continued to advance her education at Kennesaw State University. There she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Minor in Public Relations. Again, she excelled in her extracurricular endeavors and became Vice President of the group Ladies of Distinction. She also served as Secretary for the school’s chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). Her accomplishments also extend to a wide array of awards, including a Distinguished Leadership Award, the Steve Burns Service Award, and the Diversity Team Award.

While still an active student, Keanna was also pursuing her passion for film, production, and public relations. Being able to use her creativity through video has been a thrill for Keanna to experience as she worked for some remarkable organizations. She had the opportunity to work alongside well-known artists and actors while working for 730 Vision Film and Production Company. She was also selected as an intern for 404 Communication and Umanagement Public Relations Agency.In addition to pursuing knowledge through schooling, Keanna also extends her education beyond the classroom by achieving various certifications. She has earned the Entrepreneurship Foundation, Public Relations Foundation & Fundamentals of Media Relations, and the Branding Reloaded certifications.
Even though Keanna sees herself as a lifelong learner, she’s also busy pursuing her own ventures.Through her non-profit, SupportHer, Keanna serves as a mentor to young ladies in need of guidance and encouragement. The resources she is able to provide are truly life-changing for these young women. She also works to connect like-minded businesswomen from various industries in order to help them advance their careers and reach their highest potential. With a wide range of skills, experiences, and personal drive, Keanna is continually enhancing the lives of others while inspiring women of all walks of life to achieve their dreams.

Racquel Sparks
Racquel “Rocky” Sparks, is known primarily for her academic achievements throughout life. Racquel grew up in the city of Atlanta and attended Benjamin E Mays High School. Then after, she decided to pursue a degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology with a concentration in Pre-medical at The University of Alabama. While pursuing a degree, Racquel also joined the Airforce ROTC program as a second Lieutenant and a supply officer. After three years of education and dedication at The University of Alabama, Racquel learned many traits about herself that enhanced her character and growth. Over the years, Racquel has planned to not only pursue her dreams as a Medical Examiner, but she also plans to be an entrepreneur and work on her PhD in Psychology. “Rocky,” received her MBA and Entrepreneurship and Innovation degree at Clemson University in the summer of 2022. In 2021, Racquel decided to make a commitment to be the President of SupportHER because she wants to help many young women like herself make it to the top. She insists on creating pathways and opportunities for young women, so they can reach their full potential. As the President of SupportHER, Racquel plans to lead and build women to the best of her ability. Racquel is not just an academic achiever but is also the Executive Director of You Call It We Haul It, LLC, and the president of SupportHER.

Lakil Mason
Lakil Mason was born in Greenville, North Carolina and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the only daughter of five children to Stacy Lucas and Leonard Mason. Lakil attended the public schools of Cobb County, graduating from South Cobb High School in 2013. Later that year, she enrolled in the illustrious Morris College on a basketball scholarship. During her matriculation, she reached many milestones including the following: earning the title of the 63rd Miss Morris College, becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree. Lakil has always been known for her unbearable work ethic, athleticism, great leadership skills and positive spirit. In 2018, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree, she landed a full-time job in her profession as a Wastewater Laboratory Analyst. She was also able to reconnect with a former basketball coach who trusted her with an opportunity to join The Village Market ATL, a community organization created to amplify black-owned business and entrepreneurship through purpose-driven events and community engagement. Within just two years of doing the work, Lakil was promoted to Executive Assistant of the company. The Village Market has opened many more opportunities and connections for her; she will forever stress the importance of building genuine relationships. During the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lakil also became a contributing author of the first-ever HBCU Queens Anthology, titled, The HBCU Experience: The Royal University Queens Edition. She shares stories about her college experience and what it truly means to believe in yourself. Over the years, Lakil has discovered her life purpose, which is to simply inspire. She aspires to become a successful entertainer and educator by sharing her many gifts’ talents with the world. She believes her patience, dedication, character, leadership, and humbleness will guide her on the path to success.

Asia O'Neal

Asia O’Neal is a self-made entrepreneur, real estate agent, consultant specialist for personal injury law firms, and mother of two. Asia was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia but relocated to Kansas City, Missouri for a few years. There she graduated high school and attended a 2-year college. Ultimately, she decided that she did not want to continue her education and decided to take another route. After spending 5 years working different jobs, Asia was offered an opportunity to work for herself. Since then, she has provided consulting services for different law firms bringing in thousands of dollars for her clients. Although her business was continuously growing, Asia knew that this was just a stepping stone for herself. Asia decided to step out on faith & enter a field she had been drawn to for quite some time. While 7 months pregnant with her second child Asia began real estate courses and received her license in February of 2021. Although she is still making a name for herself Asia has made it her mission to unlock keys to financial freedom and educate others along the way. Asia wants to be an example to young women by showing them that you don’t have to fit society's expectations to be successful. As secretary of SupportHer she is passionate about providing women with education and resources to meet their goals. She is motivated daily through her two kids, Austin and Harlem and is determined to succeed and bring as many women along with her as she can.
